What is the definition of an Event Management company?
The purpose of an Event Management company is to handle all aspects of a live event. In Depth Events handles event conception to cleanup at the end of the event – and everything in between. In addition, we’ve added a new dimension to regular event production and event planning, by adding social media strategies to the list of services we offer our clients.
What types of events look for an Event Management company? The vast majority! The staff of In Depth Events include production professionals, event planners, and social media strategists. For our concert and festival clients, we help with permitting, vendor registration, event layout, and banner creation. A sporting event may need assistance with crowd flow planning, seating risers, and entry and exit gantries. A private event may need help with talent acquisition or catering. Almost all our clients use our production services, and most are using our social media strategists to promote their event.
Ask Us a Question about your upcoming event and how we can work together to make it a big success!
Each of our three core services including live event planning, event production services, and social media strategy services all have a slightly different price scale. If you are interested in any of our services, please feel free to ask us a question. We look forward to hearing from you, and working with you!
Event Production Services
Our Event Production Services are based on rental equipment, heavy equipment, and lobar costs. In each case, we provide you with a line item quote so you understand exactly the costs of production for your event.
Event Planner Services
Event Planner Services are billed on an hourly rate. We’ve created a step by step list of everything needed to produce a live event, and our billing is based on the services you select for us to handle. Our initial proposal includes the services you’ve selected for us to handle, and our billing won’t change unless you request it.
Social Media Strategies
In Depth Events Social Media Strategies team also work on an hourly basis. As our client, you’ll receive reports on time spent by our professionals and your social media return on investment on a daily basis. For paid campaigns with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn, you’ll see transparently exactly how much your social media is costing you. Unlike our competitors, we don’t charge a percentage over CPC fees.
