Event rental for municipal festivals and live events
Municipal events require everything a concert needs, and more! The main stage and secondary stages must have stage rentals, audio, lighting, and generators. Stages also require backline, security, and most require a VIP area for event sponsors and municipal leaders.
In Depth Events has provided the live event production needs for hundreds of municipal events. Our mobile stage rentals work great for street closures, while our modular stage and rooftop systems work well for areas with a graded surface or multi-day rentals. Our audio rentals are rider-specific for regional and national touring talent, and our lighting rentals make technical rider fulfillment a snap.
Power distribution is a significant concern for both the main stage and for vendor tents and food service areas. Many of our municipal clients are excellent city government officials and are amazing in their jobs. However, they don’t know much about live event management!
